In Theo’s words:
“I am very committed, rigorous, and focused. I love creating and working in a high-performance environment, working with swimmers to help them reach their goals (no matter how crazy they are). I believe in the power of the team, and I like sharing ideas and surrounding myself with professionals to reach a common goal.
Always up for a challenge, very passionate, honest, and with a strong work ethic, you will find in me someone professional with experience in high-performance swimming in both my swimming and coaching careers.
